The main objective was to design a modern and accessible digital product that allows pet owners to quickly connect with veterinarians, manage consultations, and receive prescriptions online.

The challenge was to balance trust, clarity, and simplicity while working within a healthcare context where usability and reassurance are critical.

Solution

I designed a clean and minimal interface focused on clarity and ease of use. The user journey was simplified to reduce friction, allowing users to navigate from consultation to prescription effortlessly.

Custom illustrations and iconography were created to give the product a friendly and approachable tone, making veterinary care feel less clinical and more accessible.

The visual system is built around soft color palettes and rounded UI elements to reinforce comfort and trust. Animations were integrated across the app experience to enhance feedback, guide interactions, and create a more engaging flow.
